September 30, 2005 was a day I will always remember as it is the day I became a licensed real estate agent and the day I became Nana to a beautiful baby boy named Kraven Carr.
My husband, Andy, wasted no time mentoring me in a career that he has loved and has been successful at for over 30 years operating his own brokerage Beach Boys Realty.
I began working with Andy as his licensed assistant and then I sold my first house. I was hooked! However, life had other plans for me when the economics turned in 2008 and we decided that we wanted to purchase a campground for some stability. Operating the campground and then the restaurant became our full time careers all the while as Andy continued to do both passions; now as an Broker Agent with Counts Real Estate Group on 30a.
2017 brought about some exciting changes for both Andy and myself. We sold the campground! That month I joined Counts Real Estate Group on 30a as a Sales Associate, Realtor and licensed assistant to Andy. I have the pleasure to work with a team of professionals at Counts, especially with Laurie Hardy. Together we are "2 gals you can Count on", "Two Women On A Mission", "Thelma and Louise" and a few other cute descriptions have been made about us! (See profile photo)
When I am not showing properties, doing an Open House or writing contracts I love to be outside working in our yard especially on a beautiful warm and sunny day here in FLA. I also love entertaining in our home surrounded by our family and friends for social gatherings usually as we fellowship over a good meal!
Speaking about myself is something I am not comfortable with, however, I will say to you that I am a team player. I love networking with other agents. I enjoy meeting clients and assisting with transactions.
In the long run, I want to create a relationship with YOU. I want to be the one YOU tell your friends and family when they ask if YOU know a good REALTOR. ~Alicia
